On the Eastern Shore of Staten Island is the neighborhood of South Beach. Grasmere is to the north, beyond Hylan Boulevard. To the northeast are Arrochar and Fort Wadsworth. Midland Beach is to the southwest, while Dongan Hills is to the west.
